Flybe’s Airline Pilot Career programme relaunched

Flybe has relaunched its MPL programme in partnership with CTC Aviation.

There are 18 places available on the latest intake of the CTC Wings MPL, which leads directly to a job as a Dash-8 Q400 First Officer, flying across the carrier’s European network. Applications are now open at ctcaviation.com/flybe for a limited time only. The funding required for the complete CTC Wings MPL in partnership with Flybe is £94,800.

Flybe announced the launch of the programme at CTC Aviation’s airline pilot careers event on Saturday 26 November. The programme also offers the opportunity to complete a BSc Honours Degree in Professional Aviation Pilot Practice – in partnership with Middlesex University – alongside training.

Colin Rydon, Director of Flight Operations for Flybe said, “We are delighted to once again be in a position to offer yet more aspiring pilots a great start to their careers with this mentored programme. Flybe is committed to developing people and has consistently proven its dedication to providing exciting career opportunities for new pilots over the years.

“We operate one of the world’s largest and most fuel efficient fleets of Bombardier Q400 aircraft and are committed to ensure that tomorrow’s pilots are offered the very best, airline-focussed training. We currently connect Britain and our ambition is to connect Europe. Those who pursue this opportunity can be assured they will be joining a fast-paced, fast growing airline to support us in that growth.”

Those selected to join the programme will be offered a place on a course commencing in May, September or November 2017.
