Pilot Careers Live London returned to the Sofitel at Heathrow’s Terminal 5 on 22 March. Just one day after the airport ceased operations to recover from power outages, the event proved a roaring success with ticket numbers up over 30% year on year.
The event saw a slightly reconfigured exhibition hall with airlines shifting positions, and also the introduction of the FLYER Briefing Zone, an area for short, informal talks on a range of subjects from medicals to pilot licensing.
Six airlines delivered seminars in the Arora theatre, British Airways, easyJet, Jet2.com, Loganair, Ryanair and including for the first time, Cornwall-based Skybus.
