easyJet begins ‘tagging’ L3 cadets for jobs

L3Harris has announced that airline easyJet has begun ‘tagging’ suitable cadets within its ranks for future jobs.

The process of tagging occurs when an airline decides to make an employment offer to a student pilot prior to them finishing training. This tagging usually comes with conditions set out by the airline. In an email L3Harris said, “This means eligible students can receive letters of intent and conditional offers of employment before they finish their training.”

L3Harris has bases for integrated training in the UK and Florida and has already seen airlines such as British Airways, TUI and Wizz Air employing their graduates.
