We’re thrilled to announce that for the first time, Pilot Careers Live London will host a Pilot Training Panel, taking place at 12.30pm on Saturday 9 April. If you’re in the early stages of finding out more about a professional pilot career and deciding which route might be the best one for you, this panel will be the perfect chance to find out about the Integrated and Modular routes, side-by-side.

The panel will be chaired by BALPA General Secretary, Jim McAuslan (pictured), and will welcome representatives from Approved Training Organisations (ATOs) and pilots who have followed both training routes. The pilot training panel will host Anthony Petteford, Chief Commercial Officer at CTC Aviation Group, and Alex Whittingham, Founder and Head of Training at Bristol Groundschool.

The panel will answer pre-selected questions on each training route, presenting a clear picture of the benefits and differences of each path to a pilot career.

BALPA’s Jim McAuslan will also be presenting at 11am on the day, welcoming aspiring pilots to the event and informing them of the realities they should consider when embarking upon their career. The full seminar schedule for the event, which also features British Airways and the RAF, can be found here.

If you have a question that you would like to submit for consideration by the panel, questions will be considered before Friday 1st April. Send an email to [email protected].

Tickets are still available for the event at www.pilotcareernews.com/live/london/#tickets. Book in advance to save money as all tickets will be a standard rate on the day.
