Jet2.com, a UK leisure airline which operates a fleet of B737-800s & 300s and B757-200s from eight UK bases and Alicante, Spain, is holding a series of recruitment days in August 2016.
‘This is an exciting time for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays as we invest in our next phase of growth and development, explained a release from the airline. ‘We have recently announced the addition of our 8th UK Base in Birmingham with a total of 57 weekly flights launching in 2017. Our acquisition of 30 new B737-800 aircraft commences in September 2016 and we have also invested in significant upgrades to our existing B757-200 aircraft – introducing Flat Panel display systems.
‘As we continue to grow, we are recruiting B737 & B757 Type Rated and Non Type Rated Captains and First Officers to play a pivotal role in our ongoing success.’
The airline is inviting experienced pilots and their families to have an informal conversation with representatives on a series of days in August 2016. The events are aimed at experienced pilots with existing commercial or military experience and take place at:
