Lockheed Martin will meet the increasing global demand for C-130J military and LM-100J commercial flight training with a new International Training Centre (ITC), located at the corporation’s Marietta, Georgia site.

The centre, which is currently under construction and will open in 2018, will include academic classroom space and simulator facilities to support the full spectrum of aircrew training.

“With our experience as the C-130J and LM-100J manufacturer, and decades of training expertise, we’re investing to deliver an integrated solution to prepare the next generation of air mobility pilots and aircrews,” said Jon Rambeau, vice president and general manager of Lockheed Martin Training and Logistics Solutions. “As military and commercial customers modernize and expand their fleets, we see an opportunity to offer increased value to our customers through this International Training Centre.”
