Air France to pay for cadet pilot training

Air France has announced it is now accepting applications for its Pilot Cadet Programme.

The programme, which is designed to equip and launch the careers of future pilots, is open to applicants of all ages and varying flying experience levels.

Air France, has a history spanning nearly nine decades and successful candidates who navigate the selection process will find themselves part of a programme that includes an all-expenses-paid training course delivered by Air France’s partner institutions in France.

Upon completion of training, the cadets will commence their professional aviation journey in the role of First Officer. They will have the opportunity to operate on some of the airline’s flagship aircraft, such as Air France’s Airbus A220 and A320, as well as Transavia’s Boeing 737 and its soon-to-be-operational Airbus A320 and A321neo.

This recruitment campaign is already underway and interested individuals have until the 31st of July 2023 to apply. Further details about the programme’s eligibility requirements and selection process can be found on the Air France corporate website.
