On completion of Technical acceptance procedure, SCAC and Aeroflot signed the Act of Delivery & Acceptance for the sixth deliverable Sukhoi Superjet 100 MSN 95013 at Komsomolsk-on-the Amur on February 28, 2012. The aircraft received the tail number RA-89005 and is painted in the SkyTeam livery.
The document, signed by the parties, states that the aircraft is technically sound and fully meets the performance criteria. The Act of Delivery & Acceptance also confirms that the SSJ100 is transferred to the carrier with a full set of required operational and maintenance documentation and flight kit. The aircraft is ready to start commercial operation on Aeroflot domestic and international route network.
The aircraft is planned to fly from Komsomolsk-on-the Amur to Moscow on March 5, 2012.
This follows the handing over of the EASA Type Certificate on February 24th 2012. Executive Director of European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) handed over the Certificate for the Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft to SCAC during a ceremony held at the headquarters of the Interstate Aviation Committee in Moscow. The EASA certification recognises that the SSJ100 complies with EASA strict airworthiness and environmental requirements.
