Entries now open for Bristol Groundschool’s ATPL Scholarship Programme

BGS ATPLThis year, Bristol Groundschool enters its 21st year in operation as a EASA ATPL distance learning specialist. To celebrate this important milestone, Bristol Groundschool has announced an exciting new ATPL scholarship programme in 2013, created to assist students with a passionate interest in becoming a professional pilot, who are on track towards their ATPL.

“Throughout the year, we’ll be awarding a total of 21 ATPL theory scholarships, each worth £2,140,” explained Alex Whittingham, Founder and Head of Training for Bristol Groundschool. “We’re very proud to have the support of Pilot Career News for this important initiative and just as we do with the thousands of ATPL students that come through Bristol Groundschool each year, we aim to equip the beneficiaries of our scholarships with the best ATPL theory ground training available in the European market, offering them the best possible preparation for an exciting, challenging and rewarding future in the fast-changing aviation industry.”

Who is eligible to apply?

To be eligible to apply, you must:

• Be a PPL holder or expect to get your PPL in the coming 12 months
• Be available to begin your course of study with Bristol Groundschool within 2 years of being selected for the award
• Be eligible to live, work and study in the EU
